FC LAKESIDE MEN’S FIRST TEAM MANAGEMENT POSITION

With our first team now settled and riding high in the Cheltenham Mens League Div one, they are looking at gaining promotion to the Northern Senior League.

We are currently benefiting from the experience of team manager Mr Lee Yeates guiding the lads to a successful finish to the season.
Unfortunately for the club, Lee has made it clear he cannot commit to next season and we respect that.

Therefore we are now looking to start the interview process for his successor.

FC Lakeside has learnt very quickly that a certain criteria has to come with the successful replacement.

A few points to note:

1: Northern senior league management experience preferred, however not completely essential if the right candidate still proves to be the right person for the role.

2. We are looking at appointing a management team, ie, Manager/coach, team admin and team linesman, team physio if possible.

3. A serious commitment to work constantly with communication of the FC Lakeside reserve team and club in general.

There are other areas of detail to discuss during the interview.

FC Lakeside is a well run voluntary organisation with a successful children s academy and youth football section. Players can start as young as five years old and play right through to our two Men’s football teams.

We are a friendly ambitious and exciting club going forward steadily but surely.

To end please apply through the correct channels as stated above. We are keen to complete the recruitment before the end of March or early April.

very kind regards to all and we look forward to receiving some keen responses,

Rob Griffiths
